HALLOWEEN

Hallowen Night witches or witch Day it is a celebration of Celtic origin which is held on the evening of October 31.. particularly in English countries like Canada, USA, Irealnd and the UK and to a lesser extent the world, including Latin America and Spain. Despite being English-speaking countries, in Australia and New Zealand it is not seen as much as in toher countries.

It's roots are linked to the Celtic celebration of Samhain and the Christian holiday of All Saints' Day, celebrated by Catholics on November 1th. It is largely a secular celebration, but some believe that it has a religious background. Irish immigrants passsed versions of the tradition to North America during the Great Irish Famine.

The day is often associated with orange, black and purple colors, and is strongly associated with symbols like the jack- o' -lantern. Typical activities include the famous Halloween trick or treatating and costume parties, plus bonfires, visitng haunted house, pranks, reading scary stories and viewing of horror flims.

At the moment, it is I think it is not fair because animals deserve to live like us. I don't have too many arguments. I'm just  not much agreement, because I love animals and more dogs and I think we all have life. With all that I have given my opinion and I like that medical research did it another way.

MY LAST SUMMER!!

Hello, my name is Laia and today I'm going to explain my last summer. First I'm talking about Banyoles, second about l'Estartit and finally about l'Escala.

Ok, let's start!

First I stayed in Banyoles. In there, I went to parties and meet friends. We went to the swimming pool, we went shopping in Girona...

Second I went to l'Estartit with my favourite girls: Helena, Júlia and Mireia without parents. We were there a week and every day we went to the beach, in the pool... I hope to repeat next year!!!

And finally I go to l'Escala with my father and others. Perfect days with family. We are nine people and the house where we stayed was 5, but we are used. It was fantastic!! Returning to Banyoles we went with friends to Festes del Tura in Olot.

Also this summer I met a very special person for me.
